Based on evaluation by its nomination and remuneration committee, she will serve for five years until February 15, 2031, with a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 0.03 Cr. Mrs. Shah brings over eight years of finance experience in real estate and construction. She is also the wife of the Chairman and Managing Director, Kaivan J Shah.
