Nova Agritech Limited — Board Meeting, 12-01-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nova Agritech's Independent Director, Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa, has resigned due to professional commitments. The board noted this and reconstituted its Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, Nomination & Remuneration, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees. The IPO Committee was also dissolved as all IPO funds are utilized.
