    KRN Heat Exchanger's board approved converting a ₹100 Cr loan to KRN HVAC into equity at its discretion. They also sanctioned a fresh ₹10 Cr loan for working capital to Thermotech Research, and adopted an ESOP 2026, subject to shareholder nod, to grant up to 6 lakh stock options.
