NLC India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 12-01-2026: Record Date

NLC India has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.60 per equity share (36% on face value) for FY2025-26. The record date for this dividend payout is January 16, 2026. Shareholders owning NLC India shares on this date will be eligible to receive the dividend. The board also gave in-principle approval for listing its subsidiary, NLC India Renewables, and for an investment of up to Rs. 66.60 Cr in the subsidiary for green energy projects.
