    KRN modified a ₹100 Cr loan to subsidiary KRN HVAC into a convertible loan, offering future equity flexibility. It will also provide a ₹10 Cr working capital loan to subsidiary TRL at 12% interest. An ESOP Plan for up to 6 lakh shares was approved for employee retention, pending shareholder approval.
