    Anand Rathi Wealth posted strong Q3 consolidated net profit of Rs. 100.10 Cr, up from Rs. 77.23 Cr YOY. 9M profit hit Rs. 293.72 Cr. Board expanded with three new independent directors; CEO re-appointed. Firm also granted 12.45 lakh ESOPs and sold its Freedom Wealth subsidiary.
