Rudra Gas Enterprise Ltd — Important, 12-01-2026: Company Update

Rudra Gas Enterprise has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Gujarat to establish a Biogas Project in the state. This initiative involves a proposed investment of ₹30 Crore. The Government of Gujarat will assist in securing necessary permissions for the project, which is slated to commence in 2027. This venture is also expected to create approximately 125 employment opportunities, marking a significant step for the company's expansion into the renewable energy sector.
