Navneet Education Limited — Updates, 13-01-2026: Scheme of Arrangement

Navneet Education (NEL) approved a scheme to demerge its wholly-owned subsidiary ILPL's publishing business into NEL, streamlining operations. ILPL's capital will be reduced, decreasing equity by 56.71 Cr, preference capital by 49 Cr, and securities premium by 21.06 Cr, to clear its 126.77 Cr accumulated loss.
