Retaggio Industries Ltd — Important, 13-01-2026: Company Update

Retaggio Industries' Board has approved the preferential allotment of 15,07,692 Convertible Equity Warrants. Issued at Rs. 26 per warrant, this totals Rs. 3.92 Cr. The company has already received Rs. 0.98 Cr, which is 25% of the issue price, from the allottee. Each warrant can be converted into one equity share within 18 months upon payment of the remaining 75%. This initiative injects funds into the company and grants the promoter entity, M/s. Retaggio Trading Services LLP, the option to increase its shareholding.
