Ventive Hospitality has made a further ₹25 Cr investment in its subsidiary, Soham Leisure Ventures, which operates the Hilton Goa Resort. This capital infusion, through Optionally Convertible Debentures, strengthens Ventive's existing 76% equity stake and prior ₹110.5 Cr OCD investment in Soham. This strategic move deepens Ventive's footprint in the growing Goa hospitality market, providing crucial financial backing for the resort's operations and expansion. Soham Leisure recorded a turnover of ₹49.92 Cr last year.
