Sayaji Hotels Ltd — Important, 13-01-2026: Company Update

Sayaji Hotels has announced changes to its board and committee structure. Mr. Abhay Chintaman Chaudhari has stepped down as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairman, having completed his term, effective January 22. Subsequently, Mr. Nimeshkumar Gandhi, an existing independent director, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, effective January 23. This leadership transition also led to the reconstitution of the Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
