Finkurve Financial Services' Board of Directors, at its meeting on October 9, 2025, approved the allotment of 31,282 equity shares. These shares were issued at an exercise price of Rs. 27 each under the company's ESOP Plan 2018 to two employees. This allotment represents a total value of approximately Rs. 0.08 Cr. As a result, the company's paid-up share capital has increased from Rs. 14.00 Cr to Rs. 14.01 Cr. This action enhances employee participation and slightly expands the overall equity base.
