Genesys International Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Allotment of 20165 Shares.The Nomination and Remuneration Committee by means of a resolution passed by Circulationon January 13, 2026 has considered and approved the allotment of 20,165 equity shares of facevalue of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees ofthe Company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme -2020.Consequently, post-allotment the paid-up capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs.20,89,51,885 divided into 4,17,90,377 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each. These sharesshall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
