Puretrop Fruits Ltd — Important, 13-01-2026: Company Update

Puretrop Fruits clarified errors in a previous board meeting outcome. The financial results approved were for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, not 31 January 2025. Additionally, the Company Secretary, Ms. Preeti Jaiswar, resigned effective 31 January 2026, not 31 March 2026. Further, Ms. Dipti Motiani was appointed as CEO from 1 March 2026; she is the daughter of the Managing Director and holds 6,19,566 shares. Ms. Vanshika Lunia was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from 1 February 2026.
