With reference to the announcement made on November 05, 2025, regarding the resignation of Mr. Rajan Bala Venkatesan, Chief Financial Officer, we wish to inform you that, following discussions with the Board members and the Management team, Mr. Rajan Bala Venkatesan has withdrawn his resignation without a break in service via an email dated January 14, 2026.
