Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd — Important, 14-01-2026: Company Update

Waaree Renewable Technologies has won a Letter of Award for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract. This involves developing a 25MWac/35MWp ground-mount solar power project on a turnkey basis, including 50MW evacuation infrastructure. The domestic order is valued at approximately INR 102.75 Crore (excluding taxes). Expected completion is during the financial year 2026-27. This new project bolsters Waaree's renewable energy portfolio and future revenue streams.
