Indian Overseas Bank — Important, 14-01-2026: Updates

Net profit surged 56.18% YoY to ₹1365 Cr, with nine-month profit reaching ₹3703 Cr. Total deposits grew 14.48% to ₹349302 Cr, and advances rose 24.13% to ₹294974 Cr. Asset quality improved, with GNPA at 1.54% and NNPA at 0.24%. The bank also took an 18% equity stake in Universal Sompo General Insurance.
