Four acquirers, Mr. Sandeep Jain, Mr. Vikas Garg, Mr. Rahul Nagar, and Mr. Himanshu Arora, have initiated an open offer for Pankaj Polymers Limited. This follows their acquisition of 32,23,627 equity shares, representing 58.15% of the voting capital, from the promoter sellers for ₹6.45 Cr at ₹20 per share. The acquirers are now offering to purchase up to 14,41,414 additional equity shares, or 26.00% of the voting capital, from public shareholders at ₹40 per share, totaling ₹5.77 Cr.
