Kalind Limited has again postponed its Rights Issue Committee meeting to consider the terms of its proposed Rights Issue, which aims to raise up to Rs. 121 Crores. The meeting, originally set for earlier this month and then rescheduled, will now take place on January 20. This further delay is due to the ongoing review of the Draft Letter of Offer by BSE Limited, with in-principle approval still pending. The committee plans to finalize the Rights Issue price, entitlement ratio, record date, and timing once regulatory clearance is received.
