Astal Laboratories Ltd — Important, 14-01-2026: Company Update

Astal Laboratories has announced the allotment of 10,425,612 equity shares towards discharging the consideration for its 100% acquisition of Sriven Pharmachem India Private Limited (SPIPL). Astal is now the holding company for SPIPL, a specialist in drug intermediates and specialty chemicals. The total acquisition is valued at approximately Rs. 277.17 Cr, combining a share swap for 30,425,632 equity shares and a cash payment of about Rs. 0.30 Cr. This strategic integration expands Astal's product offerings, enhances operational strength, and aims to boost profitability as it progresses towards becoming a fully integrated pharmaceutical manufacturer.
