Kolte-Patil reports record Q3 collections of Rs. 709 Cr (+19% QoQ) and highest-ever Q3 realizations at Rs. 8,726/sq.ft. Q3 sales stood at Rs. 605 Cr. The company signed a new Pune residential project (GDV ~Rs. 850 Cr, ~1.1M sq.ft.) and acquired projects worth ~Rs. 2,250 Cr GDV in 9M FY26.
