Ganesha Ecoverse Ltd — Important, 14-01-2026: Company Update

Ganesha Ecoverse's Board has approved a revised merger plan with its associate company, GESL Spinners Private Limited (GSPL). Initially, Ganesha Ecoverse was to be the surviving entity. However, considering GSPL's larger business (Paid-up Capital: 61.61 Cr vs. 24.59 Cr; Revenue: 55.03 Cr vs. 7.18 Cr) and significant financial benefits, the Board now deems GSPL as the surviving entity. This structure is intended to streamline operations, enhance financial position, and continue availing GSPL's existing taxation and financial advantages, benefiting shareholders without dilution of rights. The merged entity will be listed on BSE-SME.
