TCS completed the acquisition of Coastal Cloud Holdings, LLC, a firm specializing in Advisory, AI, and IT services. Coastal Cloud reported turnover of ~INR 1096 Cr (CY24) and ~INR 1170 Cr (LTM Sep 2025). This move expands TCS's capabilities and group structure.
