OSEL's board approved an ESOP for up to 0.8 Cr equity shares, pending shareholder nod at an EGM on Feb 20. The company also appointed Dipankar Ghoshal as CEO, plus new Business Head for Hearing Aids, VP Sales (Govt. & Defence), and a Strategic Consultant.
