OSEL Devices' board approved an ESOP for up to 8 lakh equity shares, subject to shareholder vote at a Feb 20 EGM. Also, Dipankar Ghoshal was appointed CEO, alongside new Business Head (Hearing Aid), VP Sales (Govt. & Defence), and a Strategic Consultant.
