Shish Industries Ltd — Important, 15-01-2026: Company Update

Shish Industries issued a corrigendum for its upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM). This clarifies a typographical error in the earlier EOGM notice. Importantly, due to a trading holiday, the record date for shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the EOGM, scheduled for January 22, has been revised.
