    CARE Ratings Limited has upgraded Asahi India Glass's Long Term Bank Facilities rating to CARE AA- (Stable) from CARE A+ (Stable). The Long Term component of its Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities also saw an upgrade to CARE AA- (Stable), with the Short Term rating reaffirmed at CARE A1+.
