Angel One Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 15-01-2026: Dividend

Angel One's Board has declared a **First Interim Dividend of Rs. 23 per share** for FY26. The record date is January 21, 2026, with payment due by February 13, 2026.

In a move to boost affordability and liquidity, the company approved a **1:10 stock split**. Each existing Rs. 10 FV share will become ten Re. 1 FV shares.
