Indus Towers has expanded its international footprint by establishing two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: Indus Towers Nigeria Limited and Indus Towers Infra Zambia Limited. The Nigerian entity has 100,000,000 Naira in share capital, while the Zambian entity has K12,500,000 Zambian Kwacha. This strategic move aims to develop and manage telecommunication infrastructure, including towers and masts, in these key African markets. While these new entities are yet to commence operations, this marks a clear intent for geographic expansion and future operational growth in the telecom sector.
