Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bondada Engineering Limited. This agreement establishes Insolation Green Energy as the priority supplier of solar modules to Bondada Engineering for its upcoming solar projects. The MOU covers the supply of 'Make in India' solar cells and modules under ALMM-I and ALMM-II standards, spanning from January 2027 to December 2028. This strategic partnership aims to secure a consistent supply of modules, leveraging anticipated market developments.
