Lactose (India) Limited has informed about an inter-se transfer of shares between its Promoter and Promoter Group. SST Private Family Trust acquired 575,184 shares, representing 4.57% of the diluted share capital, from Madhusha Lifecare Private Limited at Rs. 61.00 per share. Importantly, the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group remains unchanged after this internal transaction. A clarification was also provided regarding a clerical error in transferring shares to a Trustee's demat account instead of the Settlor's, confirming both accounts belong to the same SST Private Family Trust. This reshuffling does not impact the total promoter stake.
