Federal Bank's board approved Q3 consolidated net profit of ₹1,094.07 Cr & 9M net profit of ₹3,004.33 Cr. The bank also increased its stake in Ageas Federal Life Insurance to 30% by acquiring shares for ₹97.44 Cr.
