India Glycols received NCLT approval for its demerger scheme. Bio Pharma and Spirits & Biofuel businesses will spin off into Ennature Biopharma and IGL Spirits, respectively. IGL shareholders get 1 Ennature share for every 3 IGL shares, and 1 IGL Spirits share for every 1 IGL share. This targets focused growth and value unlocking.
