Gretex Industries reported Q3 consolidated revenue of ₹16.19 Cr (9M: ₹44.30 Cr) & profit of ₹1.29 Cr (9M: ₹2.52 Cr). The company issued 13.64 lakh warrants for ₹32.20 Cr, funding subsidiaries & working capital. Also, ₹11 Cr invested in Gretex EZ Properties for new audio-visual ventures.
