Smart Finsec Ltd — Important, 16-01-2026: Company Update

Smart Finsec Limited (SFL) shared an update on its group company's credit facilities. Smart Equity Brokers Private Limited has renewed its agreement with Axis Bank. Key changes include the Bank Guarantee increasing from ₹190 Cr to ₹220 Cr, and the Intraday Limit reducing from ₹20 Cr to ₹15 Cr. The Overdraft against Property remains at ₹15 Cr. This adjusts the total credit facility for the group company to ₹235 Cr for business activities. Importantly, SFL's corporate guarantee obligation remains unchanged at ₹30 Cr, covering the Intraday and Overdraft facilities.
