Indosolar Ltd. announced Q3FY26 Revenue of ₹199.53 Cr & PAT of ₹41.47 Cr. For the nine-month period, Revenue hit ₹596.75 Cr & PAT ₹204.60 Cr. Dr. Jignesh D. Rathod was appointed as the new CEO & Additional Director, following Amit A. Paithankar's resignation. The board also approved shifting the registered office to Maharashtra.
