Shakti Pumps has invested Rs 75 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shakti Energy Solutions Limited. This investment will fund a new greenfield plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, for manufacturing high-efficiency Solar DCR cells and Solar PV modules. The plant will have a substantial production capacity of 2.20 GW.
