Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 16" January 2026 had approved, issued and allotted 34,123 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid up, to the eligible employees of the Company on exercise by them of stock options granted and vested under Saurashtra Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 { ESOP Scheme )( ESOP Scheme was first amended on 22 April 2024 ) .
