The company clarified that certain regulatory references are not applicable as this issue doesn't involve a change in control or exceed 5% of share capital. Proceeds are earmarked for working capital, supporting business operations and strategic initiatives. Funds from the initial 25% payment will be utilized in FY 2025-26, with the balance from warrant conversions used in FY 2026-27. A voluntary valuation report was obtained for good governance.
