    KPIL completed the sale of its 100% stake in Vindhyachal Expressway Private Limited (VEPL) to Actis Atlantic Holdings. VEPL, previously contributing ~0.43% to consolidated revenue, is no longer a subsidiary. This strategic divestment unlocks an estimated enterprise value of ~Rs. 775.00 Cr for KPIL.
