Avi Products India Ltd — Important, 16-01-2026: Company Update

AVI Products India's Board approved key appointments and committee changes. Mr. Manas Ranjan Palo was appointed as an Additional Independent Director and Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury as an Additional Non-Independent Director, both for five years and subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Shanu Jain was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Board, acting on the Audit Committee's input, reappointed M/s N.K. JALAN & CO. as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s. VKMG & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors, both for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. The Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees were also reconstituted, strengthening governance.
