Avi Products India Ltd — Important, 16-01-2026: Company Update

AVI Products India's Board has made significant governance updates. Mr. Manas Ranjan Palo was appointed as an Independent Director and Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury as a Non-Independent Director, both for five-year terms, awaiting shareholder approval. Mrs. Shanu Jain joined as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Board also approved the reappointment of M/s N.K. JALAN & CO. as Statutory Auditors for another five years and appointed M/s. VKMG & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years, both subject to shareholder consent. Furthermore, key board committees, including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship, were reorganized.
