Eris Lifesciences allotted 23.06 lakh shares at ₹1835.35 each to Mr. Naishadh Shah. This was for acquiring his 30% stake in Swiss Parenterals, now a wholly-owned subsidiary. Paid-up capital rose from ₹13.62 Cr to ₹13.85 Cr.
