Dalmia Bharat's subsidiary, DCBL, disposed of its entire 25.44% equity stake in O2 Renewable Energy V Private Limited (OREV), an associate previously used for captive wind power. The sale fetched Rs. 10.82 Cr, with OREV no longer an associate.
