ASM Technologies has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, ASM Technologies VIET NAM CO. Ltd., in Vietnam. This new entity will operate in the Engineering Design and Manufacturing sector, supporting the company's existing business. ASM Technologies will infuse an initial capital of 5,247,800,000 VND into this 100% subsidiary. The setup is currently in its preliminary stages, with operations yet to commence. This strategic move is expected to bolster the company's global operational footprint and enhance its service offerings in a key growth market.
