Rossari Biotech's board approved Q3 consolidated PAT of ₹32.77 Cr and 9M PAT of ₹103.25 Cr. They also greenlit a new specialty chemicals plant in KSA, sold Kanjurmarg office for ₹25 Cr, and approved closure of Rossari Bangladesh.
