Sellwin Traders Ltd — Important, 17-01-2026: Company Update

Sellwin Traders announced significant strategic expansions. It partnered with Myzek Logistics, a logistics partner for Zomato/Blinkit, for an initial 20% equity acquisition with options for further stake and Rs. 5 crore funding. A 36% investment in Patel Container India Private Ltd's manufacturing project via a share swap was formalized. Sellwin will also acquire a 36% stake in Kumkum Wellness. For the half-year, net profit rose 283% to Rs. 5.86 crore on Rs. 36.53 crore revenue. It also plans to invest up to USD 6 million (Rs. 52 crore) for a 60% stake in US-based Shivam Contracting Inc.
