Chambal Breweries & Distilleries has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors following a management takeover. The Managing Director and Chairman, Mr. Parasram Jhamnani, has resigned. Directors Mrs. Amrita Modi, Mr. Rinku Goyal, and Mr. Anmol Jindal have also stepped down. Concurrently, Mr. Gaurav Sharma, a seasoned HR leader with over 22 years of experience, has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director.
