Organic Recycling Systems has approved the acquisition of Industrial Associates, a chemical trading and distribution firm, for a cash consideration of INR 14.83 Cr, securing a 99.99% stake in its profits. Industrial Associates reported FY25 revenue of 51.90 Cr and PAT of 0.58 Cr. This strategic move provides ORSL with a ready distribution network for its biogas catalyst, ensures a steady supply of high-volume chemicals, offers crucial warehouse infrastructure, and supports the supply of green chemicals for CBG production, strengthening market reach and operational efficiency.
