Havells India Limited — PPTs, 19-01-2026: Investor Presentation
Havells India delivered a healthy Q3 FY26, with Net Revenue rising 14.2% YoY to Rs 5,573 Cr. EBITDA grew 21.4% YoY to Rs 524 Cr, showing strong operating leverage. Net Profit for the quarter was Rs 301 Cr, up 6.6% YoY, after an exceptional item of Rs 45 Cr impacting profitability.
The Cables segment powered growth, soaring 32.8% YoY, boosted by volume expansion and commodity price trends. The 'Others' segment, led by solar, also saw robust growth of 32.9%. Switchgears contributed with an 8.2% rise. However, Lighting & Fixtures dipped 4.0%, and Lloyd Consumer remained muted, declining 6.5%, though channel inventory is gradually normalising.
Strategic investments include Rs 600 Cr for a stake in Goldi Solar. The company also secured absolute rights to the 'HAVELLS' mark via a Rs 129.60 Cr settlement, recognized as an intangible asset. Cash & cash equivalents stood at Rs 1,873 Cr. Management noted modest overall consumption, with some festive season uptick, and broadly stable margins.
